This custom Lake Sunapee dock was designed for long-term durability and clean integration with the shoreline. Built with Red Balau (Mahogany) decking and skirting, the structure features a cantilevered design to help prevent damage from seasonal ice movement. Concrete grade beams provide a strong, stable foundation, while the decking was carefully scribed to the existing stone wall for a precise, finished appearance. The project also included securing the necessary permits to ensure full compliance.
