This project transformed an existing deck into a fully enclosed four-season porch designed for year-round use. The original structure was removed and rebuilt from the ground up with new footings and framing to support the enclosed space. The build was completed with full interior and exterior finishes, including walls, trim, windows, doors, and railings, creating a clean, finished look. Insulation was installed on all sides of the conditioned space, ensuring comfort and efficiency in every season.
